Specific Research Products

Most research companies have a range of different research products which they will offer as part of their services.  In general, these fall into two categories…

  • generic research methodologies which are used in some form by most companies, but which have been given a name by a particular company to distinguish their services from those of their competitors;
  • licensed or proprietary research products, often offered under franchise or licence from an overseas company, which are usually more rigorous techniques developed for a specific purpose, and often validated in some way to prove that they do what they say they can do.

However, as a matter of principle, we do not specifically market particular products.  We prefer to listen to the Client’s needs, and then determine which approach is most applicable, rather than selling our services on the basis of a specific “product”.
